Taking a loan out through a mortgage broker does not cost you more. Brokers are paid commission by the bank. This does not impact your rate or level of service, in fact you have choice of many lenders ensuring that you obtain the most competitive loan that best suits your needs. I choose not to charge fees for successful settlement of loans that are duly committed ongoing loans as per the contract.

I do not charge a fee for my broking service my business is about building a relationship where all your finance needs can be met.


I do charge a fee for excess time spent administrating the loan and is applicable in special circumstances. Loan brokering is dynamic and a great amount of time is spent on processing. I will ensure your loan will be put forward with my and your best interests in mind.
An agreed-to fee applies:

  • due to client non-disclosure of information that may effect the loan outcome;
  • the loan is rejected by the financier and another loan process begun;
  • time spent in lieu of client non-disclosure to repay loan prematurely;
  • should the buyer revoke the loan request part way through.
