Once we’ve received your loan application form, I’ll contact you to discuss your financial position. To take the loan process forward, please print this page and proceed through the list. The paperwork required will make for a smoother way forward with the bank. If you would prefer, you can scan these documents in a clearly visible form and email to suzanne@financialharmony.com.au.

 

Please mark your subject line as your Name (first and surname) with identifiable property details.

  • Fill in loan application form online
  • Last 2 – 3 Payslips
  • Savings Account Statements / Investments
  • Loan Statements (Refinance)
  • Credit and Store Card Statements
  • Driver’s Licence (front and back)
  • Tax Returns and ATO Assessment Notices (2 years if self-employed)
  • Last year’s group certificate (payment summary)
  • Family Tax Benefit (FTB) – Centrelink Notice of Assessment (NOA)
  • Shares / Investments
  • Rental Income Statement
  • Rates Notice (Refinance only)
